I strongly recommend this property.

I liked everything. The location is excellently positioned, next to the Vatican Museum. It is an area with many restaurants, places to visit and easy access to the center. Our host, Mrs. Silvia, is very kind, speaks fluent English and helps guests with everything they need. The beds were large and comfortable, the bathroom very large and the kitchen was shared between the two apartments but excellently equipped. Guests could prepare coffee, tea. The host left cold water in the fridge. And on the cabinets are tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. We noticed a great attention to detail from Mrs. Silvia to provide a pleasant experience for guests during their stay in Rome. Congratulations!

Outstanding in every way. Both the accommodation and the host. Everything is way beyond our expectation. The accommodation is literally 5 minutes from the Vatican museum yet in a quiet street filled with of Italian apartments. It has felt a really authentic experience of Rome. Restaurants and great coffee within a few minutes walk. As for our host. She is a superstar. Responsive, informative, warm and generous. Silvia has gone over and beyond expectations. This is honestly the perfect place to stay if you’re coming to Rome.

La pasamos espectacular! Silvia nos atendió increíble, y el apartamento mejor que una hotel! Muy completo y organizado! nos encantó! Esta ubicado como a 3 o 4 calles de los museos del vaticano, zona muy segura y con muchas actividades y lugares cerca para conocer! volvería mil veces más!

We loved our 3-day stay at Veniero37! The location was great, right next to the Vatican and a 8min walk to the metro or a 5min walk to the bus stop where you can pretty much travel to all main Rome places of interest. Our blue room was spotless clean, spacious, had a comfortable large firm mattress and and powerful aircon which worked pretty well even when it was 35C outside. Just perfect for a hot summer's day in Rome. Silvia the host was incredible, very attentive and looked after us very well. Whenever we come back to Rome, we will definitely stay at Veniero37 again!

  • What amenities are included?

    Both Properties are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, king-size double beds, private bathrooms, bed linen and towels, soaps and detergents, dining area, kitchen/kitchenette, washing machine and microwave. 

    In Veniero37 you will also find a dishwasher and an electric oven, while In Style & Stone a dryer machine.


    We don't provide breakfast, but guests can enjoy the coffee corner, which includes coffee, tea, herbal teas, and biscuits, a toaster and kettle. 

    In the kitchen/kitchenette, you will find induction stovetops and everything necessary for cooking.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest Metro Station?

    Both Properties are a 5-minute walk from the 'OTTAVIANO- MUSEI VATICANI' station - Red Metro LINE A, as well as from the BUS stop.

  • Is parking available at the property?

    The Properties do not have private parking, but there are free and paid parking options nearby (covered or on the street).

    We are located OUTSIDE THE LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE (ZTL), so we are easily accessible by car.

    More details can be found in the Guest Guide, which will be sent about ten days before check-in.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:30 AM.
    • Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM without time restrictions. 
    • It' required to fill out the check-in form, we will send you a link few days before check-in to register yourself and any other guest - please note that a copy your/main guest Identity Document - PASSPORT OR EUROPEAN IDENTITY CARD - is required in attachment.

    If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • What are the Reception opening hours?

    We are available in person from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, BUT YOU HAVE TO inform us of your arrival time at least 40 minutes in advance.


    At other times, self-check-in is always possible, after filling out the check-in form and receiving your access code. Also in this case, we ask that you kindly inform us 40 minutes before your arrival.

  • Are the facilities family friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family friendly, especially the entire apartment  Veniero37. High chairs and cots are available on request.

  • Is there a luggage storage available?

    Yes, it is available. 

    You can leave your luggage before check-in time and after check-out time in the LUGGAGE LOCKER at the entrance, equipped with an electronic lock (Style & Stone Guest House) or in the LUGGAGE CORNER, under video surveillance (Veniero37 Guest House).

    Your personal access code, to enter the property to drop off/pick up your luggage will work from 8:00 AM arriving day to 8:00 PM departure day.

  • Is room cleaning/towel change included?

    Rooms/apartment are tided up and towels are changed at least every three days, and bed linen every week, unless otherwise required or requested.

  • Does the property provide an airport/station shuttle service?

    Yes, there is a paid private shuttle service available upon reservation. 

    If you are interested to quote the service, please contact us at least 2 days in advance specifying

    • the number of people
    • the number and dimention of luggage
    • the arrival time at the airport, station, or port

  • Are you issuing the invoice?

    We always issue the electronic invoice for the overnight  stay and the tourist tax, addressed to the person making the reservation, and we send a copy to the email address provided in the check-in form. 

    If you need a different name on the invoice, please inform us at the time of booking.
